Website terms

Last updated 6 October 2026

This website is run by Thames Rental Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17242912), registered office 20 The Hawthorn Centre, Elmgrove Road, Harrow HA1 2RF.

Prices and availability

Prices shown are “from” prices and depend on the car and plan. Cars are subject to availability, which we'll confirm when we contact you. Nothing on this website is an offer to rent: every rental is subject to our checks and to a signed rental agreement, which sets out the full terms.

Applications

Sending an application doesn't commit you or us to a rental. We'll contact you to discuss it. To rent you must meet our requirements, including age, licence history and a valid PCO licence before driving for a private-hire operator.

Using this website

You may use this website for your own information. Please don't copy its content or images, or misuse it (for example by sending automated requests). We aim for the information to be accurate but can't guarantee it is always complete or up to date.
